Major Accomplishments

Team was able to a great start of some stuff over break and that continued into this week. Although there was some delay on the completion of the design document and test plan, they seem to be fine for the most part now.

Concerns/Risks

Microsoft Project caused some issues with getting the schedule to update, therefore we are transitioning to a new tool.
